does cardio after a workout = muscle loss?

I love to swim so I can only swim at my gym, making me only able to do swimming after my work out.....Will it lead to muscle loss?

well make sure ur getting enough protein. use whey and casien powder. Great supps. Drink it with water when cutting. Just make sure u follow a 50 30 20 macro diet. But u will lose muscle when cutting.

false. depends on how fatigued you are. if your body's stores are empty and you start running you are going to start eating away muscle cause that is the body's fastest source of carbs

or you could purchase purple wrath and start drinking it mid way through your workout into your swim. It all depends on the intensity at which you swim at after and for how long.

cardio after weights is 1 of the best ways to burn fat just keep it at low intensity(65-70% of max heart rate)

a weight training + cardio is not going to come close to depleting glycogen stores.
