He's an ectomorph; his shoulders are narrow and small, and yet his chest and arms are solid - it's a an interesting look. A lot of what makes guys like this, and Pitt for instance, look the way they do is their frame. I doubt he did anything terribly different to look like that.

for his physique all he did was a lot of HIIT cardio with a clean diet that consisted mostly of lean protein and little amount of carbs. he didnt concentrate when in the gym on building muscle but instead looking lean. therefore he did a little bit of resistance training and focused more on his cardio. the best way to achieve that look is to hit the target weight you would like to be at with the bodyfat you would like to have (his being around 6%), and maintain both for a period of atleast 3 months then to begin the process of building muscle while staying at that bodyfat %...
