This is very important I found. I also have rules such as not seeing each other naked or taking a shower, when she is changing etc. For me this keeps things interesting and when you do see some each other naked it's all new.

Not trying to be a smart ass..... but seriously find someone you are attracted to. You can love someone all you want.... and they can love you back like crazy. However sex drive and love are two different things! If your not attracted to your partner your screwed! (wait , not screwed..... just plain old have problems in that department!!)

I know women personally that have said they had no sex drive..... but when they met the right person....watch out...lol.... it all seemed to come back mysteriously!!!....... Somthing to think about! .....Somtimes its better to fix the problem rather then the effects of the problem!!

I've been married for 25 years. Life is not about getting to the next orgasm. That would bean extremely selfish way to go through life. Lust is a short lived animal. There is a great deal of good information here. I agree that alot of it is mental and being in shape does not hurt any. Being stressed does not help the situation and in alot of cases makes the situation worse. The key for me is being focused, relaxed and in good cardio shape.

I think stress and depression plays a big part especially as you get older. The other part i believe that plays a factor is mental.

- DHEA seems to be pretty good supplement wise
- heavy weight training: incorporate some power lifting into your routine

stress makes the sex drive go down..

and making sure that your both hot will help the sex along more than anything..

sex goes away in relationships because you start to see them as a person and not a sex object.. the cure is to objectify the other person and not respect them.

ive taken a whole box of xtenz and layed some rail road on my ex gf to see if it worked. it did nothing but give me a small head rush.
