    I just noticed that when I started to build my body, my desire for sex have lessen.
    Is this due to being tired?

    I will visit this thread often and see if there will be more info to regain and improve my libido.

    From easiest and most common (1) to supplements (4):

    1. Rest - make sure you are resting/sleeping enough. Reducing stress increases mood increases libido.

    2. Cardio and Exercise - it increases blood flow in your body; vital to getting blood going through your organs. Good blood flow throughout your organs improves libido. Squats and Deadlifts require the entire body to perform and release the most hormones thus releasing the more testosterone than other exercises.

    3. Nutrients and Deficiency - Check your diet. A deficiency in a certain nutrient can lead to lower libido. Even something as simple as overlooking Zinc can decrease libido. When strict dieting and especially when eating the same meals every day, it is often easy to forget about a nutrient that your body needs, and a side effect may be decreased libido.

    4. Supplements - Try the above first. If libido is still lacking, then supplements may be a good option to try. Libido-increasing blends often contain L-Arginine to help with the release of nitric oxide (increasing blood flow) and Ginkgo Bilboa, also to help with blood flow.

    I think it is the amount of cardio one person does. Plainly because it requires the heart to work harder thus pump more blood into the muscles, and increase a sex drive? well since i do plenty of it because i play rugby, i'm either really tired, but when i'm tired, i immediately get my juices flowing thinking about the certain lady (or ladies) in my life. Plus sleep works well too for great recovery.

    I personally think you can tell if you have a normal sex drive, is when you wake up in the morning either with a tent in your bed or for the ladies, dry humping the pillow. Then again that might just be myself and my girlfriend

    Marry a hot wife. been married for 15 years, my drive shoots through the roof when she walks by.

    Good cardio and fitness helps allot.

    Swimming, which I do not do enough because I'm focussed on lifting. Is a shot in the system. Swimming will get you junk working in top form as well. Must be the full body cardio and oxygen deprivation not sure ...overall i don't know anything about why.

    I just know it works. If you have not put swimming in your overall workout think about it. I first would swim 1 lap and rest. Now I can knock out a mile at a good clip. I backed off because it burns up so much calories...calories i'm trying to save for lifting.

    I'm not selling the benefits of swimming just pointing out something that had a "very positive side effect"

    I guess I'd question if it is really that necessary to even have a sex drive? I actually look forward to the day I have no motivation for it. It's already incredibly low, on days I lift (6 out of 7 days), but hell at least I have my sanity.

School is for mental enrichment. What do you do for your soul? That is the most important element. On your soul, all things are built.

    2. Don't lose control of your emotions. This does not equate to "turn yourself into a cold-hearted fiend," but instead means don't fly off the handle. No road rage, no impatience, no lack of faith. What's wrong with you? Are you a man or beast? What separates you from a gorilla? Your mind! Use it!

    3. Don't be a consistent tv-watcher. If you have to turn it on, try to keep it for only a short a period of time. Watch what you must, and forget the rest. The key is to minimize tv. Who cares if you missed the game or the latest episode of grey's anatomy? In the grand scheme of things, it didn't matter.

    4. Don't listen to music that is not in accordance with the new you. How can you be positive and strong when you are listening to someone sing about the "hoes," getting drunk high, etc.

    5. Don't be negative. If somebody rubs you the wrong way - be nice. If your facing tough odds - stand strong. If someone is trying to have you compromise your values - hold fast, which leads to...

    6. Don't be dichotomous/duplicitous. Meaning saying one thing and doing another flagrantly. Yes, the word "hypocrite" could have been used, but all of mankind, with the exception of one are hypocrites. A person that is dichotomous, may truly want to do the right thing, but due to other influences caves in. This cannot be. However, you also cannot succeed alone. You must turn to god. If you don't -- trust me, you will never win.

    And finally...

    7. Lay off the porn. If you and your wife/husband are into that - fine. Watch together. However, don't make it a habit. And never watch it alone. You're relationship will suffer. Believe me.

    And for all the skeptics, there are physiological reasons behind the guidelines listed, but i have typed for long enough. I hope this helps.

    ps. Introducing toxins into the body, whether through smoking, drinking, illicit drug use, is terribly damaging and will destroy you from the inside out -- including that sex drive. However, the things mentioned above are proven to wreak even worse damage. Stress through tv, emotional outrage, internet addiction can nuke your system. You have one body and one life. Protect it.

    i take herbs a good one that is amazing for me is yohimbie i get vitamine shoppe brand i actually have to pop open a capsule and dump half the powder or it to strong for me but thats just me you might need the full dose but any how if my libido is ever runing low i pop one and in an hr or so its on!, i also take ginko biloba 120 mg to 240mg a day that helps to

    I do hope someone responds to this question with some good insight. I spent 3.5 years of my life with a man who left me because I had no sex drive. We loved each other more than life itself, but there was nothing I could do, and how fair is it to hold the one you love hostage to a sex-less relationship?

    Personally, i would say in the morning around , lets say 6:30 ish. Because:
    A: Your testosterone levels are alot higher in the morning than in the after noon or night.
    B: your more focused, relaxed because you've like slept for 6-8 hrs.

    switch in other lifts but these are my 2 favorite and got the best results as far as peak/size goes.
