u need minoxidil 5% twice a day.
it is NOT effective once a day dosing. it needs a twice a day contrary to what the broscience you see says. when using tretinoin combined it can increase the absorption 3-fold and allow for a once a day dosing. i will be trying it soon. read a few derm studies on it. ill let you know.
you need the big boys though. stick to minoxidil, finasteride, and ketoconazole for now.

i've noticed good results from biosil, circumin, keto cream/shampoo, minox+topical sawpalmetto.
good results = reduced shedding slight regrowth
if you've got the cash and you're desperate you could always build yourself a laser helmet. i believe theres a site that shows you how to make it, and tells you were to buy all the parts.
if you dont think you can build yourself a helmet, theres people that seem to like the lasermax 60 or 90. those are around 600 bux or better.

none to date really, maybe a loss of libdo in some products that inhibit the effects of DHT but not sure if the same goes with saw palmetto...

They just doubled the dose from 60mg to 130mg and added a few other items to it, while keeping it at the same price.

How often do you use it? Have you tried any of their other products- spectral rs, dnc, dnc-l?
