I used to be a skater punk before I started lifting, and I never had such a low body fat percentage in my life (don't know if it was because I was only eating twice a day though). Would you say this is an effective means of cardio to replace running? I can't stand running at all.

skated for 11 years. started when i was 9, quit when i was 20, and still reflexively look for skate spots and possible terrain lines everywhere i go...
/nostalgia
when i see the X Games come on, i'm glad i got out when i did. the last 2 years of skating were painful for me. no major injuries, but constant nagging pain from knees, ankles, shins, etc. guys like Danny Way and Bob Burnquist pop up on TV and i just look at them and go "how the hell are you still ALIVE?"my workout journal:
