Bicep question...help :/

So I'm trying to get better muscle symmetry and the place I need to concentrate the most on is my bicep. Of course, the right one is significantly bigger than my left. I was wondering...if I'm trying to even them out, do I completely stop lifting for my right bicep, or do I just up the weight/reps for my left bicep?
I'm happy with the size of my right and I'd like to maintain that size.
Thanks!!

umm, yes please.

edit: ok, I'm done. Yes, maintain by using same weight and reps. Don't just stop lifting. Then increase weight on left bicep.

"time under tension"
it's kind of self explanatory.

time under tension refers to how much time you put your muscles under stress. lot of studies have shown that time under tension is a BIG part in hypertrophy, or muscle size growth. thats why people have weird schemes like.. 3 seconds down, one second up.. or thats why people do eccentric training.. concentrating on the way down, to keep the muscles tensed for a longer period of time.

maybe you could try concentrating more on your left bicep when you train it. and slow down your rep speed.
more weight doesn't mean bigger muscles.
