what to buy with 100$

I have $100 to spend on supps what should i buy?
i am almost completely out of protein so i was thinking Cytogainer but dont know what else to get

he dont need top buy in bulk if he got some dough mideswell spread it around and get some different flavors, get some whey maybe a casein and MM for mrp. simple enough

haha he doesnt want to save money though...i meant save money by just buying what he needed. he dont need any other stuff at 16...except protein and with a variety of proteins he wont get tired of them

and with saying hes 16 thats condradicting yourself by reccomending a whey but not a gainer its all or none OP cytogainer will give you more for each serving over just a regular whey

more cals more protien more carbs blablabla

NOt saying you have to buy it because you could also make your own gainer with just buying a whey and adding oats PB and milk

Cytogainer sucks, nothing but malto and whey concentrate, gainers in general are low quality crap filled powders

Buy some ON Whey and ON Casein, or even something like Ultra Peptide 2.0 or the original, your call

Maybe buy some bulk creatine monohydrate, fish oil and a good multi

How long have u been bodybuilding for? If under half a yeear then just workout without supps besides protein. Then once you get some good gains start using a basic creatine and after a while you can step up to N.O supplements and anything else you think may help. just my suggestion :P
