Im cutting down right now and I want to do a photo shoot in july so i can hopefully get sponsored
I need some cardio and diet advice.. i dont have that much education about diet and such i just eat alot of lean meats rice and eggs.

much better. but its not really clear what your asking for though. if you want cardio advice then do 40 minutes of low intensity cardio (keep your heart rate between 125-135) right when you wake up on an empty stomach but drink aminos beefore/during. do another 35 minutes after your lift session. what does your diet look like right now?

lol you still need the cardio. i work as a waiter so im constantly moving but my trainer still made me do the cardio. your looking lean as it is so i suggest just switching your last 2-3 carb meals with veggies and fats. your a hell of a lot heavier than me so once again i say "what is your diet is like" just give me an average day
