I take beta alanine plus by higher power because it includes histidine

I would add some L-glutamine to the mix he suggests. Works for me anyway...

    L-citrulline

About 2 years ago I started having some of the best workouts ever; especially related to my sets and the overall workout being extended. The reps just kept going. That's around the time I was taking Neurocore by Muscletech. When I ran out I had the opportunity to try a jug of Shock Therapy by Universal and experienced similar results. After investigating...I noticed both products contained L-Citrulline, and the rest is history. Nowadays... no matter what pre-workout I take...I add 5 gms of SNS's citrulline to it and have great workouts.

Beta alanine and creatinol-o-phosphate are the best supplements for reducing lactic acid build up from what I've seen.

Beta Alanine and L-citrulline bro! Look at the label on any pre-workout and your site to find beta as an ingredient, but unfortunately... not citrulline in a lot of them. That is why I add 3 gms of it to whatever pre-workout I am currently taking. Stamina is awesome; reps keep on going!!!
