need supplement help.. whats good?

I am 19 years old and lifted real hard in high school, but then went to college and got lazy and lost a bunch of weight. so i wanna get it back. i took the methyl masterdrol when it first came out, but then my body got used to it the second time around and didnt get much affect. i saw the methyl mas... 2 out.. any word? i was also going to take the NO shotgun, because i have seen a lot of good reviews on it, so here is my Question i guess.. what supplements are good out there? anyone taking anything, seen results, seen friends that had results? because every online review from the company it "our product is the best out there!" not true. so i want people that acutally use the stuff to tell me whats up!
