Ok, so I couldn't stand the iphone pics of my rack of lamb, so I went ahead and fired up the grill - used the last half of the rack, and instead of braising whole cabbage leaves, I sliced it up and braised it in apple juice sliced. It went down better, I think. So without further ado, here's round two of:

Rosemary-garlic rack of lamb over applejuice-braised red cabbage

Thanks.. about 15 minutes for the cabbage while the lamb was cooking, then another 5 to let the meat rest. Factor in 20 minutes to get the hardwood charcoal started, another 10 for prep, and it comes out to a little under an hour.

Ate some Indian pizza for lunch. You get indian curry sauce instead of tomato sauce, and the toppings are indian style cooked veggies. Got it at a real Indian restaurant that also makes pizza.

Damn, I just realized the pureed eggplant on top look like dog turds cuz I disabled flash on my digital camera.

Tastiest dog turds Ive ever seen then.

Also ate some hard boiled eggs with some cock sauce... oh I meant Sriracha.

nah, this was at a sushi place near my dorm in Philly called Ajia. $22 for the AYCE offer is pretty sweet, plus I found out that they have a lunch special of 3 rolls and a soup/salad for just $9, so now I know where I'll be going to lunch more often

cutting during the holidays is no fun.........and 100% dark chocolate is the only way to go. or lindt 99% can suffice.

Thanks guys! I thought about waiting until January especially since I don't have that much muscle to cut down to, but at the same time, I feel ready for a cut. *shrug* Only cutting my calories by a little bit, but will be upping the cardio. Been going back and forth about whether I want to bulk or cut for a while now.

I'll still enjoy some decadent chocolate cake for my birthday though.

The more dark chocolate I have, the more I like it. However, I don't think I'm ready for 99% or 100% yet. lol

there are things i miss for sure, walking around, not needing to drive, notfeeling poor all the time cos i have no car. Good saussages and cups of tea ( i bought some tea with me) and i'm missing sarcasm! But ihave a beautiful gf here, the sun shines and i have a good life so i'm not bitchin! the bars are langusihing in my room ready for pick up
