Guiltless Tailgate Strips
12 oz chicken tenders
3 tbsp hot sauce
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce (I used tabasco brand)
2 TSP honey
1 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove
Mix ingredients, pour half of the sauce into a bag and add the chicken... toss to coat the pieces. Put them in a pan over medium-high heat for about 1.5-2 minutes each side. Remove from heat and toss with remaining sauce. Serve with optional blue cheese dressing (and DON'T get the kind I got, it tastes like ass).
PULVERIZE!!!

I spent 5 hours smoking a whole chicken the other night, and after I removed all of the meat from the carcass was left with a lot of random parts and skin... so, I made chicken stock. Waste not, want not... now I've got fresh stock for soup down the road.
The recipe actually came from Mr B's restaurant in New Orleans (they're sorta a big deal), I picked up their cookbook and decided to use it...
Chicken stock
3 lbs of random chicken parts (carcass, skin, etc)
2 peeled carrots, coarsely chopped
4 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
2 onions, coarsely chopped
2 tsp whole black peppercorns
12 cups water
Add all ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 3 hours, adding water as needed to cover ingredients. Skim off impurities. After 3 hours remove from heat, strain stock and discard the rest. Let stock cool, then refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months. Remove any fat that solidifies at the top of the stock after refrigeration.
Yes, I know it looks like I killed someone and am boiling their parts. No, I'm not Dexter.PULVERIZE!!!

So you don't eat carbs late on an off day? Why? Ohhh teh fatz from carbz cuz of insulinz?
Seriously dude. Read responses from Aarron, Alan Aragon, The Waffle Iron, Phosphate Bond, In10city - if you want the scientific proof!
There are also many others who post in here who actually know what they are talking about.
