    lose fat.

    this is the stupid question but really want to know when you eat less than you burn like if i burn 2000 and i consume 1800. i would lose fat right? and will i lose the muscle too??(I heard someone said that) or your muscle will just stay??

    Figure out your maintenance of calories, by looking at a calorie counter online, and eat 200 or 300 calories below that to lose fat. The more calories you cut by and the faster you lose weight, the more likely you are to lose some muscle as well, so yeah. You may lose a bit of muscle and therefore a bit of strength, but to prevent this as much as possible or keep it to a minimum, lift heavy while cutting your calories, and keep doing your workouts consistently as usual. Read the stickies to get more of an in depth idea. Good luck bro!
