School comes first bro, and sleep deprivation isn't going to help either lifting or school

Cut your workout time drastically, and up the frequency of your lifts. So if you are able to go to the gym 5 times per week but you're limited to let's say 45 minutes, only perform the necessary movements.
So it'd be like:
Day1- Upper Body (bench, OHP, dips, rows, chinups, bicep curls, tricep extensions)
Day 2- Lower Body (squat or deadlift, hack squat, straight leg deadlifts, calves)
and repeat how ever often you want.
You need to make the most of what you have, and high frequency-low volume is going to fit your schedule best.The University of Tennessee
