    muscle exhaustion

    Muscle Exhaustion

    working muscle group to pure exhaustion till you cant lift anymore, or doing certain numbers of sets??? What do you think is better? just looking for opinions cause ive heard alot about both.

    I like to be able to complete all the sets I have set out for myself while I'm strength training; this is usually an indication to myself that I can move up the weight on that exercise next workout.
