I have two and a half months left to train for wrestling. I'm weight training three times a week, doing cardio everyday (ie jogging, sprinting, jump roping, etc...), I practice wrestling technique three times a week, and I train Jiu-jitsu twice a week. What should my ratios of carbs-proteins-fats look like, if I am trying to lose as much body fat as possible in this time period (currently at 17% bf at 162 lbs., want to get to 152) while maintaining as much lbm as i can?
