    Natural testosterone boosters...

    Does anyone really know for sure what works and what doesn't?
    For example is there any scientific evidence to back up the claims that Zinc increases your testosterone levels? Enlighten me...

    Serum testosterone and urinary excretion of steroid hormone metabolites after administration of a high-dose zinc supplement.

    I wouldn't bet the house on it unless your diet is zinc deficient or you are "overtraining". and even there, it will do more to normalize than anything.
