Frank McGrath
Just give you guys and update, i will be competing in the 2009 europa, and tampa bay. Back up to 265 after my ingury, i was down to 245 a few weeks ago, planning on hitting 280-285. Im work with one of the top nutritionist, i have never worked with any one before so i'am looking forward to see what i can bring to the stage next year. The plan is to bring the legs and back up and work on conditoin. LOok out for Frank Mcgrath in 2009.

Frank you are the damn man,post more dude,you are one of the favorites on this boards...
If you nail your conditioning you can do well,i know you have been strugling with conditioning your last shows and it's super hard for us to do an diet for ourselfs and judge our progress ourselfs,so i think you know going to do great training and dieting with a trainer/nutritionist...
