White pasta and Brown rice!
What the nutrition differences between white rice and brown rice?
The same for white and brown pasta?
I'm on a bulking diet right now does it matter if i eat the white while bulking?

White pasta has a lower GI than brown rice. And in either case, it makes **** all difference.
