    can you build muscle with a crappy diet?

    Alright, I was at this site: http://www.fatcalories.com/index.cfm please visit. Anyway I am trying to get huge, but my body just doesn't build muscle fast! I know I am a true hardgainer. I can eat a crap load and gain no fat! now that I have started lifting weights and really trying to eat alot I have increased fat alittle. I do do alot of cardio though, and I am very active playing basketball, aside from high intensety weight training. However I don't really care about fat right now. So with that being said, is it a sin to eat crappy (Burger King, Mcdonalds, etc... and take lots of protein supps) workout and still gain decent muscle mass? I would like to hear any and everyones opinions. The Dojz

    look up the dave tate project, theres 2 parts to it.

    you most certainly can build muscle mass and strength on a poor diet, as long as you are getting calories in, now that doesnt mean u will get the best results eating junk food for calories, and u will royally **** ur heath up, but it is doable.
