i know some people believe its 1x your bodyweight per lb, while some its 1.5x, and some even more.
I am consuming almost close to 2x my boydweight on protein, just wondering if its possible to over dose on protein shake... my protein intake is about 40% from shake (whey and casein) and 60% from real food (oats, pb, cottage, chicken etc..)

im bout 140, this is from the shakes....
1 scoop at breakfast, 2 scoop at PWO and 1 scoop at night with avg of 23g of protein... 92g from shake O_O.
with milk,pbs etc... its actually.... 195g... JESUS CHRIST! i just realized im takin in 287g! WOW. i thought i was under 200g...so dats about 2x my body weight...
im tryin to bulk BTW... should i do 1 scoop on PWO? am i gonna die!? LOL

Don't worry OP, I'm not coming to kill you.
I was just saying we're all gonna die.
I don't think that there is a single documented case of protien OD, although fat and carbs have been linked to obesity and heart disease (surprise, surprise!). Nevertheless excess calories in whatever form are gonna be stored as fat.
