Newest Back Double Bi shots
Both were taken today....working hard on bringing up my arms. I'm at about 187 lbs here, maybe 15 or 16% bf (just a guess).

He'res a picture at the beginning of the summer, about the same weight but with a higher BF%, maybe 18%.

regular or sumo deadlift
heavy barbell or dumbell rows
lat pulldown
cable rows
I do 4 sets for each, going heavy on deadlift and rows, while going lighter on the machines and focusing on form and control. Reps go according to how I'm feeling that day.
