I've done the research. I found many effective workout plans.
I'm looking for a specific workout routine that lasts 7 weeks and brings incredible results.
I am asking for a particular maximum 7 week program that is very physically challenging and doesn't require to much machinery.
I have the ability to take the pain, what i dont have is time.
So i ask, do you know of any workout programs lasting 7 weeks and bringing incredible results?

this should fit all your needs - its good for both strenght and fat loss, and its 5 days a week.
And NO THERE IS NO FREAKING WAY ON EARTH TO TRAIN EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR 7 WEEKS STRAIGHT, YOU CANT DO THAT EVEN IF YOU ARE ON ROIDS, UNLESS YOU ARE WORKING HALF ASSED.Last edited by WvrDuDe; 04-18-2008 at 04:11 PM.

How are we to decide whats best for you? we dont know your workout history, what has/hasnt worked for you, what your nutrition looks like, etc. Asking for input on a particular program is one thing but just asking for a "brutal" workout is just lazy...you want a brutal workout, just do squats, pull-ups, deadlifts and bench presses multiple times per week and eat clean. Thats pretty damn brutal.
320lbs to 183lbs in 9 months? ya damn right I did it.

I know we need to rest in order to grow, but is a 40 minute squat pro gramme all that i can do. I want strength before fat loss, but would adding cardio to the mix affect my strength gains?
I work one or two muscle groups a day, 4-5 times a week. Usually each muscle to failure. But i still feel i can do more and that I'm not doing enough.

Have you ever had a bar across your back for 3 minutes and grinded through reps in total body lactic acid agony? If you have then you wouldn't be questioning the effectiveness of this program. You want strength? After 6 weeks when you bang your old 5RM squat out for a set of 20 I think you will find out what a "Strength Gain" really is. You want cardio? High rep squats make you want to puke your lungs out. This is a man maker program. You asked for a Brutal workout and I think this one was the unanimous winner. Do what ever program you want.

your attitude is making me veeeeeeeeeery angry. if that was true, what would be your problem? pick one? that's what you later said you're gonna do with OUR SUGGESTIONS anyway... i'm missing something??
even worse: if you need advice, how comes you're so wise to know if any routine you found is indeed "effective"??????????
buy an abmaster. thats ok for the mental setup of yours.........
if you were experienced enough to judge whether you got the balls or not, you would not ask for advice.

You guys wrote a lot, while i slept.
This is some funny sh*t.
Ferbie who the fu*k or u to say anything. Don't assume sh*t. If i didn't answer the second after you pressed enter, don't piss yourself. Next time think that it takes time to answer and don't forget your tampons.
Thank you to those who gave helpful answers. I'm definitely incorporating the squats in the cycle. As well some other stuff from T-nation.

Alright, if you really must workout 5-6x/week and want to leave yourself hurting everyday, just do Crossfit. Hell, if you can do Crossfit as prescribed for 7 weeks without caving in, I'd be impressed.
