I ran into my freind at the gym today.
He was squatting. When I started my bi/tris day he started making fun of me telling me I was wasting time and the best way to get big arms is to squat, deadlift, bench, and I guess just do all the compound movements? All I know is he looks like **** so I think I'll continue with my arms day...
I'm glad I replaced leg day with bi/tris day.

I think legs are important ifyou wanna compete in bodybuilding, which I do, cause then that will mean free gym membership. So I might aswell work out everything, as I'll only benefit from it. And also I know some pretty hot chicks who actually dig good legs. Not the insane looking Ronnie Coleman ones, lol, but they do like legs.

Sibrek! I have knee bursitis and a pulled muscle in my hamstring... that means I can't squat or deadlift (or do any leg work without extreme pain) for the next month because I'm getting a corticosteroid shot in my knee tomorrow...
My question is: Should I change my split to be
Monday -> torso (chest and back)
Tuesday -> arms
Thursday -> torso
Saturday -> shoulders
-or-
Monday -> Arms
Tuesday -> Torso
Thursday -> Arms
Saturday -> Shoulders
