Fat burning w/o schedule! opinions?

Been doing this w/o for two weeks now!

Here it is!

Mondays: Tri-Set w/o
Warm up 10min jump rope
Squats @ body weight on the bar (225lbs)
Pull up's, just body weight
Dip's @ 35lbs
Start 10 reps each work down to 1 and then back up to 10. total=110 reps each. As little to no rest you can stand. Keeping heart rate over 150bpm + (if not, jump some rope)
See post http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=107999421

Tuesday: Off (sore from Mondays)

Wednesday: Colorado Springs Incline (1 mile kick butt natures stair master) http://www.inclineclub.com/incline/ then a 30min run down hill on switch back trail.

Thursday: Off (Knee's are sore from incline)

Friday: Same as Monday's w/o

Off on weekends..

While doing this I'm going to up my cals from normal 1800-2200 to more like 2700-3000. on a 40/40/20..
I'm going to really focus on recovery because after two weeks of this I'm beat up pretty good.

Any help, recommendations or opinions are welcomed..
