The magic pill...
What is it with people who are constantly searching for a shortcut to get bigger or stronger or leaner? I had a guy at the gym this morning start telling me about some new supp's or herbs (or both) that he was stacking because he was told by "somebody" that he'd see good results, quickly. This guy doesn't appear to be an idiot, he's 40ish, seems normal and has a good job.
Then he says "since I've started taking them, my urine has turned black and my breath smells like chlorine, but I really see the results so I'm going to finish taking the supply I bought and then reevaluate."
I was dumbfounded. I kept waiting for the guy to say he was just kidding but he wasn't! I didn't know what to say. I just laughed and wished him luck.
If my urine ever turned black I'd be at the hospital before I finished peeing!
