lionelxxl: Designer Supplements' Adrenalean (2 Bottle 'Cut')
lionelxxl: Designer Supplements' Adrenalean (2 Bottle Run)
Its been some time since I got a log up and running..
I decided to go ahead to log DS Adrenalean as they have been a really stand up gang and I just couldn't resist not getting my hands on their relatively new fat burner for my cut.
This log is UNSPONSORED.
Stats: Update tomorrow
Dosage:
I'm aiming for 6-7 weeks.
Week 1: 3 caps per day (3x1)
Week 2: 6 (3x2)
Week 3: 6 (3x2)
Week 4: 6 (3x2)
Week 5: 6 (3x2)
Week 6: 4 (2x2)
Week 7: 3 (1x3)
Timing: Preworkout and 4-5hrs later
Diet:
Low carb with refeed every 10th day - Meal 1: Chicken (50g pro) + nuts/oils/pb (20g fat)
- Meal 2: 15g whey hydro/peptopro + 15g dex
- Meal 3: Fish/pork (50g pro) + nuts/oils/pb (20g fat)
- Meal 4: 50g whey shake + nuts/oils/pb (20g fat)
- Meal 5: Chicken (50g pro) + nuts/oils/pb (20g fat)
- Meal 6: Chicken (50g pro) + nuts/oils/pb (20g fat)
- Meal 7: 50g pro shake + nuts/oils/pb (20g fat)
Aiming for 300-320g PRO, 120-130g FAT, 40g CARBS (from veges, nuts, shakes and the works)
Training: Will post a few samples as I log
Goal: - 1.Get another inch off the waist and hopefully reach 200lbs.
- 2. Keep myself accountable

Day 3
Weight: 95.5kg (-0.8kg)
Dosage: 3 caps 1.5hrs after breakfast, 0.5 hrs before meal 2
Training: Off
Cardio: 2 hours of fastpitch training.
Notes: Since i started on the cut, my energy levels haven't been very high. Its usually enough to last me an hour or 15 more minutes.. my average time in the gym. However, I lasted much better than before during today's training session. I was seeing the ball pretty well, focus was spot on, concentration was good.
In addition, I just got my braces tightened. Ain't eating THAT much, could be reason for the drop in weight. We'll see how it sustains as the pain subsides.

Day 7
Weight: 95.0kg
Dosage: 3 caps 1.5hrs after breakfast, 0.5 hrs before meal workout
Training: Chest
Flat DB Press (60s) 15 x 4 x 20kg
Decline BP (60s) 15 x 4 x 10kg
Decline DB Flyes (60s) 12 x 4 x 10kg
Inclince DB Flyes (401) (60s) 12 x 4 x 7.5kg
Cardio: 1 hour of rugby
Notes:
- I can really feel the difference when i'm on Adrenalean.
- Its not a 'woah...' kinda energy rush for me like some other users have described maybe its because i'm over 200lbs.
- Tomorrow onwards, dosage will be doubled from 3/day to 6/day
- Lack of carbs is killing my energy but this is keeping me going
- Cardio: aiming for 30mins 4 times a week

I'm actually doing CT's Refined Physique Transformation diet: http://www.t-nation.com/article/body...sformation&cr=
Gonna get till 12% before i start carb cycling. CT doesn't recommend carb cycling if you're carrying too much fat. Carb cycling would work GREAT for those already lean trying to get leaner.. just my opinion..
What kinda diet are you on now?

Seriously, I think you'll like it.
I'm surviving, but I'm now doing a full-time engineering job, so working for SAN can't be high priority for me. I still do what I can because I like the company, but my life is definitely busy. Being out of school has helped my stress levels though

Day 30 (Fri)
LAST DAY
So a quick summary of the past 30 days
Weight: 94.1kg (-2.2kg)
Waist: 35 1/4" (-3/4")
All in all
- pretty awesome mood on this DS shizz..
- excellent non-jittery energy
- no crashes during the day
- heats up body pretty quickly
- may have to go higher than 6caps a day the longer you use it
Whats next?
I intend to take a 2-4 week break of stims and do a quickie on Thermolife Dicana (v2). I'll probably follow that up with the rest of my Adrenalean on SAN Tight Xtreme.
