I started the pump last wekkk...

How long does everyone take it after they eat?? I eat the same every morning, 3 eggs, 2 slices multi grian toast

I have read many articles that suggest that"an empty stomach" takes about 2-3 hours....

It was the same when i took NO Xplode, i waited about 2 hours before taking it, and it worked great, their were times i only waiting about an hour or so...

Anyone that can tell me how they do it, id be thankful

It would depend on how much you ate. If you had a 5 course meal it may take 2-3 hours to empty your stomach however if you had a peanut butter sandwich it may not take as long.

I would say the minimum you would want to weight (this isn't scientific - this is only a suggestion) would be about an hour and a half to two hours for a relatively decent sized meal for your body.

Though this does not mean Animal Pump will not work - that is wrong to say so. It will work but the effect may not be as strong as it can be on an empty stomach and/or you may not feel it as fast.

Basically what I'm saying is experiment.

Wait out a little longer and see how that works for you. Try it for a few days and come back and post your results. If it doesn't work for you still - I'm sure we can figure out why

I wasnt saying i didnt work, i did feel great at the gym whne i took it, i guess i always do...

Im going to wait a full 2 hours 2day and take the pump...

Exactly...I usually only waited a 1/2 hr for my a.m. workouts but I also had time constraints. I never had any issues with not "feeling" it.

i always take mine an hour after i carb load,take ap on the way to the gym a half hour of light cardio and im ready to lift i think it helps the pump better to have some carbs on your stomach not to long before you take the pak at least for me anyway.

I work out at 6pm. Meal four (usually grilled chicken and potatoes) happens at 3:30 pm. I was taking pump at 5-5:30pm and it worked great!

i waited about 2 hours, id say more like 1 hour 45 mins...Had a great work out

If that is your breakfast, then I would say give it 1-1 and a half hour.

I wait an hour after eating and have had good results, but it took 2weeks to kick in and now i'm getting full effect.
