    Crazy Strength Gains

    The last month ive made crazy strength gains out of no where.

    23 july 08

    squat= 80kg 5 reps
    bench= 57.5 kg 5 reps
    deadlift= 70kg 5 reps
    Row= 50kg 5 reps
    Military press= 45kg 5 reps

    11 august 08

    squat= 125kg 5 reps
    bench= 80kg 5 reps
    Deadlift= 100kg 5 reps
    Row= 62.5kg (needs work)
    Military press= 65kg

    Wat u guise think?

    i think you could have done more on july 23rd than what you listed. you just didnt work to your full potential on that date. just sayin.

    believe me i did work my full potentail, liek in bench press i was failing on 4th rep and needed spot on 5th
