Man, this guy isn't ripped, but he is certainly like a cardio machine. Like... I don't know how to describe his body.

Like super lean tone muscle. I dunno. 12k calories a day. I don't think I could do that even with all sweets all day.

even if he works out super intense (swims 5 hours a day apparently), 12,000 calories is just an insane amount to be eating on a daily basis. i lift heavy for an hour every morning and play basketball for an hour and half late afternoons, which is pretty intense, and only eat about 3,000 calories a day bc im cutting

either that or he drinks a different energy drink than you, and his isn't the exact same amount of calories? wtf...
I'm sure there's energy drinks out there that are 300 or 400 calories, possibly even more. Hell, he might even make his own. Throw peanut butter in there and ****.
lol x2. Hypertrophy training + casual basketball a few times a week does not = olympic training lol

The article does also suggest that this is his routine during the olympics:
"Phelps, 23, will swim 17 times over nine days of competition at the Beijing Games - meaning that he will need all the calories he can shovel in his mouth in order to keep his energy levels high."
I thought it was talking about 12k calories during the games, but maybe it's a little less when he's training at home.---Deep voice crew---
LOVELIEST of trees, the cherry now
Is hung with bloom along the bough,
And stands about the woodland ride
Wearing white for Eastertide.
Now, of my threescore years and ten,
Twenty will not come again,
And take from seventy springs a score,
It only leaves me fifty more.
And since to look at things in bloom
Fifty springs are little room,
About the woodlands I will go
To see the cherry hung with snow. (no homo)
