Pre/Intra/Post Workout and Counting it Towards Total Diet?
I am going to carb cycel 2 high carb days 300g M an Th and have 150g or less carbs T,W,F,Sun for low days (Saturday 1 or 2 Cheat meals within reason).
My question is doing you guys find it best to eliminate the pre/intra/post workout shakes with the maxy waize and creatine and glutamine and such from total caloric intake and macro nutirent breakdown or do you take thos into account when putting together your diet?
I expect to hear mixed reactions I am sure. I would have to think your total diet should be just what you eat....
