Wow, alot of core work and plyos.......

I thought I was going to see more bread and butter exercises.....esp since thats off-season.....

Heavy squats, deads, power cleans, military press, barbell rows....etc....

Seems like a lot of the stuff he does is bodyweight......how do u gain size doing bodyweight exercises?

yea he may be 5'11 220 but if all your doing is core work, plyos and bodyweight/agility stuff you are no doubt doing to lose some mass......

When i think of football and football exercises (besides the agility/core work) i think of what we all think of....the compound movements.....

and i didnt see any of those in his routine.....

    so i was just curious

Like was mentioned, he doesn't need any of them. He is already fast, he isn't going to risk an injury deadlifting 700 pounds.. that's just stupid.

This is why I can't stand people posting NFL workouts.. Just think for one second. An NFL player does not need the same demands as a HS athlete.
