i dont have a dip station . i train at home. i have a home gym , bench.
do i have to buy a dip station , or can i do dips without purchasing a dip station ?

dont try the wooden banister thing.. iono bout the guy above, but i broke the staircase arm holding thing or whatever is called straight off the first time i lifted my feet off the groud..
i think the quality of the wood was ****ty and what not, but i dont think its worth a risk..
like they said, chairs work well
