I had been doing 1 day on, 1 day off and experiencing good gains but I'd usually be in the gym for 2.5 hours. I'm looking to do a 2 days on, 1 day off split and be in and out of the gym within 1.5 hours (if that's possible with cardio).
Anyone have any suggestions? My routine before was generally like:
Sunday: chest/legs/bis or abs
Tuesday: back/hammys/tris
Thursday: shoulders/legs/bis or abs
