cramps

i have been lifting weights for years.....and as of today i start getting forearm cramps!!! why??? i lift heavy weights but then go light sometimes for more reps....but i have been doing this for years. help.

Soreness or cramps. Cramps could be from many many things. More commonly lack of proper hydration, nutrition, stretching, or electrolyte imbalance.

Might just be a one time thing. Maybe it needed to be stretched a little more today than usual. I would not worry about it unless it starts to become very frequent.

if i bring my arm all the way up like im going to arm-wrestle.....it starts cramping again. thats just the right arm....the left one seems to have stopped.
