Cut is like 10% bf, 8% is ripped, 5% is shredded. I'm just pulling these numbers out of my ass, but you get the idea.

Cut is an athletic look.
Ripped is a bodybuilder look
Shredded is what you apparently will look like after taking any muscle tech product according to their ads.
