How much biotin needed for ppl suffering from thinning hair/hairloss

how much biotin is needed for individuals that have thinning hair in order to be effective. what is the max allowed dosage for biotin on a daily intake?

i have biotin from GNC and the pills are 2500mcg - 1 pill a day.

i havent really noticed any difference.. im taking propecia and using organic shampoo/conditioner and just ordered some nizoral 2% shampoo too.

Biotin will help your hair grow faster, there are various shampoos which will help with thinning hair. I just started using " Active M " by shwarskopf or however you speel that and it works pretty well. I also use that " Aussie 3 Minute Miracle " conditioner. Results are pretty dam good.

where can i get that conditioner from? im currently using jasons thin to thick shampoo and conditioner.

Uhm where you from ?... in uk they only sell it in the shop "boots" but you can no doubt order it online from heaps of places worldwide

aside from that conditioner back to my original question....

how much biotin is needed for hair regrowth or health?

if i double the 2500mcg dosage to 5000mcg would that have any adverse side effects? whats the max biotin for a daily intake?
