Question I...

I slightly sprained my wrist. I bandage it up when I go to the gym. Should I just let it rest for a week or should I continue with the way I am doing it?

Depends on how slight. let your body be your guide. If it is not that bad bandage like you have been doing and avoid any exercises that put a lot of stress on it for a week or two. You should be good after that. If it hurts like hell rest it and see a MD if it does not clear up soon.
