xtend and creatine??

I just ordered xtend and vasocharge, but I was wondering if I should keep taking my creatine as well? I take creatine ethyl ester in pill form...any one else do this or have suggestions?? I'm trying to put on some size before my 1st figure comp in October.

Thanks! Sara

Well... Vasocharge HAS creatine in it. I wouldn't take any additional. The dosage for creatine is like 1g/40lbs bodyweight, and since VC contains 2.5g, it's close to what you'd be using anyway.

It wouldn't hurt you to continue taking the creatine.
I use Superpump preworkout, and drink Xtend with a teaspoon of Kre-Alkalyn mixed in it and also drink SizeOn during workout. Because you are female, you wont blow up super-big anyway.
