Mini Progress Report
Hi People,
Just thought I would write a mini progress report to keep myself motivated and accountable.
I started working out on 26th of July weighing 111.2Kg. Yesterday I weighed myself and I am 108Kg.
For the first two weeks of my program I have simply been conditioning my body to become used to training again. This consisted of full body workouts and 20 minutes of Cardio per day. Diet has been pretty clean most of the time and in general I have been walking more and trying to be active in general.
Today I started phase two of my program today. I am going to keep up the cardio but now introduce a 4 day split:
1. Chest/ Tri
2. Back / Bi
3. Legs
4. Shoulders/ Abs
I might throw in a couple more abs sessions with other cardio days as well.
So far I am not using any supplements, but am considering a weigh protein and a couple of other bits and pieces.
Pics will come when its worth while... early days guys but looking forward to sticking to it!
