new to competing
hey there everyone, i am entering my first competition, it is on sept 27. I started cutting about a month ago and since then i have had tremendous strength gains is that normal? i upped my reps and sets, i have lowered my cabs to extremly low levels, lost about 30 lbs.
i had recently changed up my diet to a very clean eating one where all i really eat is chicken, brown rice, 2-3 protein shakes a day and 2-3 tuna packets a day.
If anyone had any info on what types of tanning products and oils to use before the show comes that would be helpful overall.
i have been lifting for the last 11 years off and on and recently decided to get serious about it. any help is greatly appreciated. i have a perfect posing dvd that i practice with for the posing part but noone out here really knows that much about competitions so i am trying to get any help or advice possible.
