I am about 195 right now, about 18% body fat. I am not new to lifting but to the dieting aspect i am. I play high school football (D-Line) so the body fat isnt a HUGE deal for me right now. All i am concerned with is getting BIGGER and STRONGER. I was wondering if you guys could help me with setting my macros right. If you cold just get me off on the right foot that would be great. Here's what I am planning on doin(5'10", 195, and i will be playing football or lifting everyday)
Calories-4,000kcal
Fat-66g
Sat. Fat-35g
Sodium-2,000mg
Carbohydrates-500g
Fiber-60g
Sugars-100g
Protein-350g
Basically i have a ratio of fats-Carbs-Protein of 15, 50, 35, is this ok?
