    Does you not really get bigger without working your legs

    I read somewhere on here I think that squats release chemicals that produce testosterone but I looked up the importance of squats on google and it didn't say anything about testosterone

    Anything that brings major fatigue to the legs should do it. If you can't do squats for whatever reason, just do your best to work around it.

    I don't have a rack here at home, so I do HEAVY leg ext's, leg curls, and lunges to keep size on and get the hormones flowing... I also do bulgarian split squats and set of 50 squats with no weight at all just to hit those muscles... of course, as soon as I get back to school, I'm going balls to the wall on squats...

    i dont think squat afftect the speed a which you can put on muscle on your upper body but it will allow you to build more muscle overall

    I know it sux i used to be really fat, my metabolism just changed and i turned into a CB got really thin so im trying to add some mass. Im starting to even out a bit so i dont look like a shaved bird. lol
