Question Am I not eating enough?

I eat 5 meals a day...
I eat the same thing at the same time everyday.
I'm 12 weeks out right now...

5:00 cardio
6:30 6 egg whites
9:30 4 oz tuna, 10 asparagus spears
12:30 6 oz tilipia, 2 cups raw brocolli
3:30 4 oz tuna, 10 aspargus spears
6:00 Workout and cardio
8:00 6 oz tilipia

protein:146
carb:53
fat: 9

Most figure/fitness gals I've talked to go no lower than 1200-1400.

You are likely eating too little. Your severe fat restriction is also a problem. Personally I would increase your intake by adding 20-25 grams of fat and 50-75 grams of carbs.

If you have the money I would contact Layne Norton (str8flexed on the forum) and hire him as a contest prep coach. He is well known for bringing in his athletes on time and being very successful with contests. He is an expert in this field and I am sure he could help you out.
