Hmm...Impressive, but I hoped for a full range of motion.

I always thought anything less than the full range of motion just doesn't count? For contests and such at least, I assume they have to do a full range.
Or some guy could just stack **** loads and go down like an inch and back up again and be all: "BAM NEW WORLD RECORD MOTHER ****ER!" while some guy next to him is going arse to ground with 10lbs less.

i know some people that will not go too low because they do not want to build up their hip muscles so it looks like they have a wider waist ...but who the hell knows

Actually this is all done on purpose to emphasize certain parts of the entire ROM, in order to get it stronger. Thats why pl'ers train with chains, bands, and other ****. And yes the full ROM counts as a complete rep. Hes just showing off

I know why they do. I fully understand the purpose of a partial rep. I just think a full rep is always more impressive.

That is an amazing amount of strength. I wonder how many reps he could hit with a full ROM.

x2 man he looks perfect(no homo)
plus his rom is just isolating the chest what would be the point in locking out 60 times hes keeping the pressure on his pecs

At least he admits he has no ROM on this video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHC0LXZQ8xU
This stuff is pathetic. If you're not going to do a full rep, you may as well just stay home. You'd think he'd get the hint when he sees that he's not getting any results....

Dude doesn't even lock out his elbows. I can get about 25 @ 225 if I bench that way.
