Anyone have a picture of Loose Skin to ABS?

I was wondering if anyone has lost a lot of weight and after having the loose skin removed through surgery were able to see there abs. Finding a picture of this would work wonders for me. It seems like all the pictures I find are pictures of really weak looking guys who must have said " Screw muscle I just want to lose weight" And have no definition. I am currently 21 years old, drink 1 gallon of water a day, bench 305 and have lost almost 80 pounds so far with another 100 left to go. I train my abs 6 days a week.

First of all, let me say you're an inspiration a lot of folks here. Great job on the weight loss.
As for the loose skin, I recommend the following (daily routine btw).

    Vitamin E pills (total 800 IUs/day, morning / night)
Vtiamin E cream (every night before bed)
Leg raises for abs: When you hang yourself up, you stretch the skin a bit, cause it to regenerate with some more elasticity.
While showering, use a harsh scrub around your midsection, removing the dead skin daily tells your body to create new skin cells. The new skin cells are more elastic than the dead ones.

Don't expect the loose skin to go away quick, I know folks (myself included) who battle with it for years. The end results are achievable.
    Good job D

a buddy of mine lost 100lbs and had excess skin, now hes still has it but it is a lot less than it was before.

First off, do what "TheOnlyInvictus" said and give it some time. Your body will tighten up the skin as much as it can. Eventually, you could see my buddy's abs but he still had the some excess skin under the navel. He would probably have to get surgery to completley tighten it up, but it was not worth it to him.

Fellow "pouch under the gut after massive weight loss" sufferer here. You can look at my progress pics for example of a somewhat bad case. its very very slow going, but its tightening up just a bit. I'll post a new progress pic this Sunday. I even start to see the outline of the upper abs a bit when I flex.

Thought about surgery, but I want to see how far I can take it naturally first. I'm planning to do 3 month clean bulk and then 2nd round of p90x to before trying drastic measures.

Edit: Looked into your progress pics and noticed your weight. For you its way too early to think about surgery or anything. You don't know how bad its going to be until you around 210/220 lbs. Some people don't have any problems at all, you can be lucky and be one of these. Concentrate on doing a lot of cardio, at 300+lbs you can be dropping 3/4 lb a week of 90% fat easily by doing stationary bike and walking.

I also have some loose skin from losing around 100 pounds a few years ago.. tried the creams and the scrubs but nothing... I actually have to be at a lower BF than average to get visible abs because of course the skin is not as tight..

i;m also seeing how far I can fix it with adding muscle, but surgery is also an option.. i already had gyno surgery and i'm extremely happy with the results, really made my life easier
