Question about carb ups
Is it absolutely necessary to start your carb up shortly before your final/depletion workout or is okay to just start the day after? I usually lift weights on Friday mornings then go to work, and I'm just thinking I'd rather start carbing up on Saturday instead of Friday. I'd go to the gym on Saturday, but my gym is lazy on the weekends and doesn't open until noon on Sat/Sunday, and by noon the day is half gone 0.o.
