Right time for supplements
My wife had a baby 2 months ago. She has lost 15 pounds since then and still has another 25 to go to get to her normal weight. She has been looking at supplements and has decided to use Gaspari Superpump 250. She is back to running 5 days a week for an hr per session at leasts with weight training also.
Her main concern is the creatine that it contains. I take creatine and love it but she has heard all the bloating stories from this supplement.
The question is should she wait until she loses another 10lbs or so to use Superpump 250 or is it ok to take it now to help her lose the weight alittle quicker?
