how's this for a meal

obviously at 430lbs and cutting i have a certain amount of calories i need to consume in a day and its rough hitting my cal intake.

with that said how does this look for a meal.

4 rice cakes = 200 calories
2 tsp peanut butter = 200 cals

this is a 400 calorie meal that i usually have right after my dinner.

is this okay?

That'll do. At your size you just need to cut the **** and you'll drop the first 60 easily [no offense meant]. That looks fine.

Isn't that around 50g carbs right after dinner? I'm not sure, alot of people like to avoid carbs late at night (if you're working out during the day/morning).

If it fits into your calorie deficit and isn't blowing you over your daily limit of carbs/fats, I don't see why not. >.> just follow basic nutrition and you can't go wrong all too often.

I actually had this exact same thing last night after my workout as a last resort meal, I wasn't hungry, but I knew I had to eat something.

So I took 1 brown rice cake and put a tbsp of natural pure peanut butter right on top of it and chowed down, along with 3 glasses of water. The only thing I regret, is maybe I could of have a better PWO meal, but it was just so late when I got out of the gym. (11pm).
